Conko is the export and sales company for a solid carbide tool manufacturing operation in Changzhou, Jiangsu. The tools we ship are ground at our affiliated tooling plant in Changzhou — on the same machines, by the same team, under the ISO 9001:2015 quality system certified in the name of Changzhou Conko Metal Technology Co., Ltd.

Manufacturing
Our Changzhou tooling plant — the factory floor. Grinding, coating, inspection and packing all happen here. The ISO 9001:2015 certificate is issued in the name of Changzhou Conko Metal Technology Co., Ltd.
Export and sales
Changzhou Conko Metal Technology Co., Ltd. — the commercial entity. Quotations, contracts, export documentation and after-sales support for international customers.
What we actually do
- Standard range — eight product families, with the common diameters held as blank stock.
- Made to drawing — a large share of what we ship is ground to a customer drawing rather than picked from a catalog.
- Private label — for distributors who sell cutting tools under their own name.
- Technical support — geometry, coating and cutting data recommendations. Given whether or not an order follows.
