How long we keep it
Enquiry and quotation records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and warranty purposes. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us through any of the channels on the contact page and we will action the request.
Files you send us
Drawings, specifications and photographs you send with an enquiry are treated as confidential. They are used to prepare your quotation and to manufacture your order, and they are not shared with third parties other than where a subcontract process requires it — which we will tell you about in advance.
