Distributor Program

Your brand on the shank and the packaging, protected pricing and territory, and stock support for re-orders.

A distributor selling under their own name needs three things from a manufacturer: the tool marked as theirs, pricing that protects the margin, and supply reliable enough to quote from stock. This is what the programme covers.

What is included

  • Your brand on the shank and the packaging. Laser marking with your part number, so your catalog references are what appears on the tool.
  • Blank shanks on request. Keep unmarked stock and mark it locally if that suits your operation better.
  • Territory and pricing protection. Agreed in writing before the first shipment, so you are not competing with your own supplier.
  • Volume pricing tiers. Published breaks so you can quote confidently at each level.
  • Stock support. Common items held as blanks for faster re-orders instead of manufacturing from raw carbide every time.
  • Documentation to your format. Packing lists and labels in your layout where that keeps your warehouse process intact.
  • Joint technical support. We answer the end user technical questions with you rather than around you.

How a programme starts

01 · Discussion

Which product families, which market, and what volumes you expect in the first year.

02 · Sample order

A trial quantity in your own marking, so you can test the quality and the logistics before committing.

03 · Terms

Pricing tiers, territory and stock arrangements agreed in writing.

04 · Ongoing supply

Your part numbers and marking on file, so re-orders run without re-specification.

Start with one family. Most distributor relationships begin with a single product family and a trial order. It proves the quality and the logistics before either side commits to a wider range.
