Supplier approval usually needs documents rather than samples. This pack collects what an audit or an internal approval process asks for, in one file.
What the pack contains
- Quality management certificate for the production facility — issued in the name of the manufacturing entity.
- Scope statement describing what the certificate covers, so your audit team can compare it to the scope they require.
- Inspection process description — the six checkpoints each batch passes through before it is released.
- Material compliance statements for RoHS and relevant substance restrictions.
- Measurement equipment list — the optical and inspection equipment in use, with calibration notes.
One thing to note before you file it. Certification is held by the manufacturing facility that grinds the tools, and Conko is the export and sales entity. Both names appear on the documents so the relationship is clear on the record — tell us if your audit process needs anything further and we will supply it.
