Custom Geometry Engineering
Send a drawing, a sketch or a worn tool. An engineer reviews it and comes back with a proposal — geometry, substrate, coating and price.

Not every operation has a catalog answer. When a part needs a profile, a step, a form or a geometry that does not exist off the shelf, the route is a custom grind — and the first question is whether the drawing is manufacturable at the tolerance stated.
How the process runs
01 · You send it
A drawing, a STEP file, a sketch with the critical dimensions, or a worn tool to copy. All four work.
02 · We review
An engineer checks the geometry for manufacturability and flags anything that will not hold at the stated tolerance.
03 · Proposal
Geometry, substrate, coating and price — usually within 24 hours on business days.
04 · Sample
One or two tools ground first, so you can prove the geometry on your machine before committing to volume.
05 · Production
The grinding programme is stored against your part number, and re-orders run the same parameters.
06 · Records
Inspection data for the batch is filed and available with the shipment.
