Capability

OEM and Private Label

Your brand on the shank and the packaging, with pricing and territory protection for distributors who sell under their own label.

A distributor selling under their own name needs three things from a manufacturer: the tool has to be marked as theirs, the price has to protect their margin, and the supply has to be reliable enough that they can quote from stock. This is the track that covers all three.

What the programme includes

  • Your logo on the shank and the packaging. Laser marking with your part number, so your catalog references are what appears on the tool.
  • Blank shanks on request. Keep unmarked stock on the shelf and mark it locally if that suits your operation better.
  • Territory and pricing protection. Agreed in writing before the first shipment, so you are not competing with your own supplier.
  • Volume pricing tiers. Published breaks, so you can quote confidently at each level.
  • Stock support. Common items held as blanks for faster re-orders rather than manufacturing from raw carbide each time.
  • Your own documentation. Packing lists and labels to your format where that keeps your warehouse process intact.
Start with one product family. Most distributor relationships begin with a single family and a trial order. It proves the quality and the logistics before either side commits to a wider range.
